NEW CIRCULAR ON GUIDANCE ON BUSINESS REGISTRATION OF MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT

On March 16th 2021, the Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Circular 01/2021/TT-BKHĐT Guidance on Business Registration. The Circular includes 99 forms of documents using for business registration, business household registration and releases guidelines on a number of contents related to business registration and business household registration.
 

Some noticed forms as follow:

- Application form for sole trader registration, private limited company registration, joint stock company registration, partnership registration.

- Notification of changes of enterprise registration, notification of replacement of the legal representative, notification of addition, change of enterprise registration.

- List of members of private limited company, list of members of founding shareholder, list of members of foreign shareholder. 

- Requestment form of ceasing enterprise registration procedure.
