PROMULGATING A NEW FORM OF CERTIFICATE TO PURCHASE OF SOCIAL HOUSING
From October 1, Circular No. 09/2021/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction promulgates guidance on the development and management of social housing effectively.
Accordingly, the new papers proving the objects and conditions for buying, renting or renting social housing are issued together will replace the forms issued with Circular No. 20/2016/TT-BXD.
The application for purchase, lease or lease purchase of social housing is appendix 1 issued with this Circular. In addition, students, students and students of public boarding ethnic schools will use form No. 10 on social housing rent.
Circular 09 also removes the requirement that the buyer of social housing must be confirmed by the local Department of Construction in the application for purchase of a house about this person not enjoying the social housing support policy.
 At the same time, it is also clearly specified that the subjects may use the certificate form on the objects and the status of housing: applicable to subjects who are people with meritorious service to the revolution, employees in enterprises in and outside industrial parks, officers, non-business officers, etc.
