FROM 2021, HOW MUST ENTERPRISE SEALS BE REGULATED?
 

Question: According to current regulations, must Enterprises send the seal design to the business registration authority before using the seal? 

Answer: Under the regulations of Article 44.2 of Law on Enterprises 2014, before using the seal, the enterprise must send the seal design to the business registration authority in order for the business registration authority to post it on the National Business Registration Portal.
 

But the new Law on Enterprises doesn’t regulate that enterprises must send the seal design to the Business registration authority. Whereby, this Law also adds that: seals include the seals that are made at the seal engraving facility or digital signatures according to the laws on electronic transactions and digital signatures. Moreover, Enterprises are entitled to decide the type, quantities, form and content of the seals of enterprises, branches, representative offices and other units of such enterprises.
