The workshop “Introducing information about the 4th Invitation to hand in sponsorship proposal” was organized by the Justice Initiatives Facilitation Fund (EU JULE JIFF, JIFF Foundation for short), took place on July 3, 2023, Hanoi. The workshop is a part of the 4th call to hand in proposal. This program is a European Union-funded project for judicial initiatives with a subject matter titled: “Strengthening access to justice for disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, especially women, children, ethnic minorities and the poor in Vietnam”.
As a law firm that always pays attention to social activities, especially in protecting children and other disadvantaged groups, Gattaca Law participated in and spoke positively at the workshop, and asked many questions to clarify the proposals. The representatives of Gattaca Law attending the seminar included the Director and the Executive lawyer – Doctor. Lawyer Nguyen Thanh Nam, the Deputy Director – Master. Lawyer Nguyen Trong Quang and the experts of Gattaca Law.
At the seminar, the Doctor. Lawyer Nguyen Thanh Nam questioned JIFF Secretariat a lot, discussed what conditions of the author of the initiative are, which contents should be included, and how the fund for implementing the initiative should be used. After the seminar, Gattaca Law will carry out the initiative on improving children's cognitive abilities to prevent violence, including physical and mental violence. Gattaca Law hopes that our doing in the near future will contribute to children protection, help children fully realize their rights as prescribed by law.
