Attend a workshop on valuation of businesses in credit restructuring activities in Vietnam

     On November 7, 2019, a legal seminar on enterprise valuation in activities of restructuring credit institutions in Vietnam was held at Hanoi Law University. The content of the seminar raises many theoretical and practical issues in determining the value of enterprises being credit institutions in Vietnam during the restructuring process under the Scheme on restructuring restructuring attached credit institutions. with the handling of bad debts in the 2016-2020 period, which was issued by the Prime Minister under Decision No. 1058 / QD-TTg dated July 19, 2017, thereby making many useful recommendations to complete the legal provisions. Regulate this legal relationship.

The seminar was held at Hanoi Law University

     Attending the seminar, Dr.-LS Nguyen Thanh Nam - Chairman of the Board of Members of Gattaca Law Company gave a speech about the practice of implementing credit restructuring in Vietnam, both in terms of self-restructuring in order to improve improve the financial capability of the CI both in terms of compulsory restructuring for weak credit institutions, highlighting the inadequacies of the current legal regulations and offering some complete solutions. The seminar received the attention of many legal scientists and law students.
