✨ INVESTMENT PROCEDURES FOR ESTABLISHING BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS ✨
👉 Investment in establishment of a business entity which is specified in Article 22 of the Law on Investment 2020 and detailed guidance in Article 63 of Decree No. 31/2021/ND-CP detailing the Law on Investment 2020 are divided into 2 cases: cases of implementation of new investment projects and cases of transfer of investment projects.
👉 In case of implementation of new investment projects, foreign investors carry out procedures in 3 steps: Procedures for applying for approval of investment policies; Procedures for applying for investment registration certificates and procedures for establishment of economic organizations.
👉 In case of receiving the transfer of investment projects, foreign investors only need to carry out 2 procedures: Procedures for issuance of investment registration certificates (in case such projects are not granted investment registration certificates) or adjustment of investment registration certificates (in case such projects have been granted investment registration certificates). and procedures for establishment of economic organizations.
