Organizational lawyer service

Organizational lawyers are legal advisory services (including regular and case-based advice), rights protection representatives and other legal services for enterprises, foreign organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), state agencies, public service providers and other organizations.
Gattaca Law has a team of experienced lawyers who can meet the requirements of clients in the following activities:

  • Advising on tax provisions in contracts and transactions; assisting in making tax refund dossiers as prescribed;

  • Advising on e-transaction procedures(e-signatures, e-contracts and other e-transactions);

  • As a lawyer representing the settlement of disputes in the operation of the organization (including inside and outside  the proceedings);

  • Organizing legal training programs, legal practice skills, disseminating newly promulgated policies and legal documents.
