Answer: Good morning! For your questions, Gattaca has the following advice.
As for the regulations on seals, the Enterprise Law 2020 has removed the administrative procedures in managing corporate seals according to the general trend of the world. In which, enterprises can decide by themselves the number, form and content of seals.
In Article 43 of the Enterprise Law 2020:
(i) The enterprise’s seals can be physical or digital as prescribed by e-transaction laws.
(ii) The enterprise shall decide the type, quantity, design and content of its seal and the seals of its branches, representative offices and other units.
(iii) The management and storage of seals shall comply with the company's charter or regulations of the enterprise, branch, representative office or unit that owns the seal. Seals shall be used by enterprises in transactions as prescribed by law.
Thus, according to the above regulations, enterprises can decide on their own the number of seals of their units, the law does not stipulate the maximum number. However, in fact, to ensure good business management, usually each business should use at least one seal; because there are still many legal regulations that require businesses to stamp on documents and papers.
