30 FEES AND CHARGES IS REDUCTED FROM 01/07/2021 SO AS TO SUPPORT THE BUSINESSES AND PEOPLE WHO COME UP AGAINST DIFFICULTIES BY COVID-19
The Ministry of Finance has just issued Circular No. 47/2021 / TT-BTC stipulates the rates of some fees and charges to support and remove difficulties for those affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. Therefore, 30 fees and charges are reduced with many high reductions, which will support businesses and people to overcome difficulties.
Accordingly, from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, some fees and charges will be reduced, such as:
- Fees for issuance of passports, laissez-passers, exit permit and AB stamps: 80% of the charge rate specified in Section I of the fee and fee schedule issued together with Circular 25/2021/TT-BTC.

- Fee for issuance of citizen identificationcard:50% of the fee is specified in Article 4 of Circular 59/2019 / TT-BTC.
- Customs fee: 90% of the charge is specified in Article 4.2 of Circular 194/2016/TT-BTC. "
- Fee for grant of construction operation capacity certificates to organizations and fees for grant of construction practice certificates to individuals:"50% of the charge is specified in Article 4.1 of Circular No. 172/2016/TT-BTC".
- Industrial propertyfee:"50% of the charge is specified in Section A of the industrial property charge rate schedule issued together with Circular263/2016/TT-BTC".
