CIRCULAR No.01/2021/TT-BLDTBXH LIST OF POTENTIALLY UNSAFE PRODUCTS AND GOODS UNDER AUTHORITY OF MINISTRY OF LABOUR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
In 13/06/2021, The Minister of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates a Circular providing the List of potentially unsafe products and goods under the authority of the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Accordingly, there are 13 groups of products and goods under the management of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs that must carry out the state inspection of quality when importing, for example:
- Head protection means for workers: Industrial safety helmets
- Means of eye and face protection for workers: Welding glasses, welding masks, splash protection, ultraviolet rays.
- Means of protection of respiratory agencies for workers: Masks, masks and sale of dust filter masks; Masks, respirators, and sales of toxic air respirators (excluding masks).
- Means of hand protection for workers:Anti-cutting, puncturing, tearing, electriacl protection gloves (excluding medical gloves).
- Means of foot protection for workers: Anti-puncture, lacerations, bumps, chemicals shoes;electric boots
- Seat belts and personal fall protection system for workers.
- Heat and fireproof clothing for workers,..
