6 NEW POINTS OF DECREE 01/2021/NĐ-CP

From January 4th 2021, Decree 01/2021/NĐ-CP enterprise registration took effects. The new Decree has a few notable amendments as follows:

1.Supplementing authorized subjects to carry out enterprise registration procedures.

2. Enterprises have the right to sue the decision to name its enterprise if they disagree with the decision of the Business Registration Office.

3. Abolishing regulations on the number of Business Registration Offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City;

4. The enterprise registration content announcement fee will be refunded in case the enterprise is not granted an Enterprise Registration Certificate.

5. Increase the time to amend and supplement online registration dossier. Specifically, the time limit for an enterprise to amend and supplement an enterprise registration dossier via electronic information network is 60 days from the date the Business Registration Office issues the Notification of request for amendment and supplementation of a dossier.

6. Business code is the social insurance code.
