NEW DECREE REGULATED ON YOUTH DIALOGUE

On March 01th 2021, Decree 13/2021/NĐ-CP Defining youth dialogue; policy, mechanism and policy implementation measures for young people from 16 years of age to below 18 years of age came in to force. The Government requires youth dialogue to be held at least one a year. The dialogue includes information as below:

1. Implementation of mechanisms, policies and legal regulations for young people.

2. Activities of agencies, organizations related to rights and obligations of young people.

3. Content under responsibilities to report to authorities to deal with the youth’s petition.

4. Youth roles and responsibilities in studying, working, training, participating in socio-economic development and national defense.

5. Recommendations and other suggestions of the youth.

Dialogue ensures to raise the youth's legal awareness, thereby protecting its legal rights and obligations.
